Due to the custom nature of our products and fast turnaround times by our amazing artists, we do not offer refunds after your order has been sent into production. Your custom wrapping paper is designed with care. If you are unhappy with your final product then please get in touch with us. Customer satisfaction is one of our passions and we always strive to make sure you’re delighted with the final product.
If your product arrives damaged, please take a photo and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number. If you received the wrong product, and/or incorrect size or print we will replace it. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.
You are responsible for submit a high-quality photo that adheres to our photo guidelines. All examples on site were made from high quality, high resolution photos. Blurry, low quality photos will not allow our artist to create the high quality finish you see on site. We’ll let you know if you upload a photo that doesn’t work.
